Anton Afanasyeu 057568974d Deploy: stop rsync --delete from wiping builder builds/ artifacts. 
Exclude builds/ and .docker from broadcast sync; re-run prepare-be-builder-dirs
after deploy so nobody retains write access to artifact trees.
