ab0594094d Builder: seed third-party without gitfile; skip init when pre-seeded. 
Isolated Docker builds copy native deps from host without broken submodule
.git pointers; CI init script skips network fetch when trees validate.

5a7b0c91d8 Fix isolated builder: standalone mobile clone for Docker git checkout. 
Submodule gitfile paths break when only ac-mobile-android is mounted as
/workspace; clone the mobile repo directly instead of submodule init.

242f73d37a Builder: docker build with --network host for bridge:none daemons. 
Alpine lab nodes use bridge:none; RUN steps need host networking for apt/sdk.

7710c0c216 Fix docker CLI home for PHP-FPM nobody user. 
Set HOME and DOCKER_CONFIG under /var/www/ac/broadcast for cluster builder.
